Not only do we look after our team, but from the commencement of the business there was a vision to looking after and give back to the local communities and charities. Over the course of 20 years in business we have donated in excess of £180,000 to numerous charities including the NI Hospice & Childrens hospice, Lighthouse suicide and mental health charity, Newtownabbey Foodbank, Alzheimer's Society, Chest Heart & Stroke, Motor Neurone association, Air Ambulance, Belfast Youth Clubs down syndrome charity.
In 2022 we proudly unveil with our new branding as McMillan McClure and as part of their 20th year birthday celebrations we undertake to support a different locally based charity every month. This is our way of providing a helping hand to those in need and saying a huge thanks to the wider community that have supported us over the past 20 years. At McMillan McClure we have a long association with local schools, placement providers and UUJ. Every year we take a number of students and provide as comprehensive a placement as possible so they can experience the world of work and estate agency.
We have also been invited to conduct mock job interviews with students and give presentations on not only estate agency, but office working and the work contract.
It's a privilege to be acknowledged for our achievments where every member of our team grows.
